What Yobble is
Yobble is a service for creating personalized children's books. You provide details (kid name, photo, theme, etc.); we generate a story and illustrations using AI; you receive a digital book you can read, download, and (eventually) print.
Your account
You sign in with email via magic link. You're responsible for keeping access to that email secure. Don't create accounts on behalf of someone else without their permission.
Pricing and payment
- One-time digital book: $19, charged at checkout.
- Bedtime Club (subscription): $12/month or $96/year. Includes the book you're currently making, plus the benefits described in your account portal.
Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page — your library and existing books stay yours after cancellation. Cancellation stops future charges; we don't refund the current period.
We may change prices going forward; existing subscribers will be notified before the change takes effect.
Refunds
If a generated book is broken, low-quality, or doesn't resemble what you asked for, email hello@yobble.co within 14 days and we'll either regenerate it or refund you. We want you to be happy with the book.
Acceptable use
Yobble is built for warm, kid-safe storytelling. Don't use it to:
- Generate sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Upload photos of children without the consent of their parent or guardian.
- Impersonate someone else, generate hate speech, or violate anyone else's rights.
We have automated and manual moderation. If we detect a violation we may refuse to generate the book, refund the charge, or close the account.
Ownership of generated books
You own the personalized story and illustrations we generate for you, for personal and family use. You may print copies for personal use, share digital copies with family, and reproduce the book for gifts. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the generated content commercially without our written permission.
Yobble retains ownership of the underlying templates, prompts, models, and software.
AI-generated content disclaimer
Books are generated by AI models that may occasionally produce unexpected results. We do our best with safety filters, character consistency, and quality checks, but we can't guarantee a perfect book on every attempt. The regenerate-page feature exists for exactly this reason.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't promise 100% availability. Maintenance, vendor outages (Supabase, Stripe, AI providers), or unexpected issues may cause downtime. If a generation fails because of a system issue and you were charged, we'll refund or retry.
Liability
Yobble is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Yobble at any time and delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse.
Changes to these terms
We'll update this page when we change anything material, and bump the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
