Your book
When does my book arrive?
The digital book is usually ready a few minutes after checkout — the link lands in your email (check spam for hello@yobble.co) and it's always in your library. Printed copies ship after you approve the pages: standard delivery runs 7–10 days, faster options at checkout. Live status and tracking live in your orders.
I want to change something in the book
Open the book and tap redraw this illustration on any page you'd like re-painted. Dedications can be added or edited from the book itself. For story-text changes, email us — remakes are covered by the guarantee.
What formats do I get?
Every purchase includes the digital book (read on any device), a print-quality keepsake PDF, and a printable coloring book — free. Hardcover and softcover keepsakes are printed on 11×8.5″ landscape stock and shipped to your door.
Can I share the book with family?
Yes — tap Share in the reader or on any book card. Anyone with the link can read the book on any phone, no app or sign-in; they can't change or order anything. And when a friend makes their first book from your link, you earn a free digital book.
Printing & delivery
How does print approval work?
Nothing goes to press without your OK. After your book is painted, you read every page and tap approve — only then does it print. Once approved, printing plus shipping typically takes 1–2 weeks; tracking appears in your orders and by email the moment it ships.
My printed book arrived damaged
Photograph it and email hello@yobble.co — we reprint free, no return needed.
Gifts & codes
How do gifts work?
You pay, they create. Send a gift link — the recipient tells us about their kid and the book is made for them, with your note printed inside the cover. You never need their address; digital gifts need nothing but their email.
I have a promo code — where does it go?
At checkout, tap Add code under the price. The discount applies before you pay.
Account & privacy
How do I sign in?
Continue with Google, or enter your email for a one-tap sign-in link. No passwords, ever. Use the same email you bought with and your books are waiting.
What happens to the photo I upload?
It's used to make your book and nothing else — we delete the original photo once the book is made. You can wipe any stored photos and books anytime from your account. Details in the privacy policy.
Refunds & receipts
Refunds go back to your card, normally within 5–10 business days of issue. Need a receipt re-sent or an order looked up? Email the address you used at checkout and we'll find it.
